Kube Yini Private Game Reserve is owned by Kube Yini Share block Limited No. 89/06770/07. The company comprises 50 share blocks each holding 50 shares that give the right to construct a lodge on a designated site for your permanent use in perpetuity. Each share block may be owned by any number of natural persons or juristic persons such as trusts or corporations. However, to promote privacy and exclusivity, only five persons (and their guests) may hold entry passes to Kube Yini at any time and accommodation may only be leased to shareholder's of the company to accommodate guests.  The reserve is managed by an experienced Board of Directors and a skilled reserve administration and management team comprising a resident Ranger and his wife, who manage a number of permanent employees in the performance of operational duties and maintenance tasks in accordance with the reserve's plan.  In addition, a Cadet Ranger scheme is operated whereby undergraduate students of environmental sciences from local colleges and universities are accommodated on Kube Yini and employed on an annual basis and trained in conservation practice and reserve management and operation.
